Rosa has over 35 years of experience in the Sydney construction industry in both residential and commercial sectors. She is the founder of Pink Boots Pty Ltd and has constantly delivered successful projects to the highest of industry standards since 1986.

As a working director, Rosa’s managerial role is to oversee all of Pink Boots’ Construction Systems, dealing with auditing and monitoring of quality assurance, Work and Safety, construction programming, planning and costing to ensure the delivery of all projects to the clients’ high expectations within time and budgetary constraints.

​

Rosa was selected from builders across NSW and served on the HIA Technical Committee as their vice president.

After 35 years of managing Biltmond Constructions, she has recently relaunched her company Pink Boots Pty Ltd Custom Builders. She has extensive experience with contract procurement and cost planning.

​

She had multiple display homes in HomeWorld Kellyville for nearly 10 years and was the finalist in the Hills Shire Council design awards.

 

Rosa has completed hundreds of  highly successful projects including block of units, townhouses, medical centres, duplexes, major fitouts, renovations, luxury residential, project  and custom homes.
